辦法：補足零錢；進入系統管理頁面，查看是不是上次補完零錢后沒有記錄(部分自動售酒機補完零錢后需要手動輸入補入零錢數目)，如果數量是0，請修改；拆開紙幣器取出卡住的貨幣；拆開紙幣器用毛刷仔細且小心清理掉灰塵或是寄回廠家進行清理。
